The process starts with stripping off the existing lacquer and paint by hand and then preparing the bare metal surface for re-coating. A powder coat finish is applied and cured followed by a wet paint finish if required. A final lacquer coating and thermal treatment will ensure long lasting durability of your newly refurbished alloy wheels. Additional services include rim polishing and stripping and refitting tyres with balancing as appropriate. If weights are required for balancing, these are placed inside the rim to maintain the appearance of the wheel.
